About the Role We’re seeking a mission-driven Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to serve as the face of Preemptive Health in the Ocala, FL area . This role blends community engagement and light clinical care . You’ll be embedded in local 55 communities, senior living facilities, and churches—meeting residents, introducing them to our preventive care model, and supporting them through their health journey. You’ll be part caregiver, part community connector—helping people take charge of their health while bringing our vision of proactive care to life. In this role, you will : Represent Preemptive Health onsite at partner communities and local events. Recruit and enroll new members by explaining our preventive health model. Verify demographics, insurance, and consent forms; assist with onboarding. Capture basic vitals (BP, pulse oximetry, weight) and perform simple smartphone-based health scans. Provide health education, device support, and ongoing check-ins. Identify and escalate clinical concerns to our nurse team (LPNs, RNs, NPs). Partner with community leaders and staff to strengthen relationships and trust.
