Analyst II-Sr
This position can be filled as an Analyst II Analyst Sr. depending on related experience.
The product analyst is responsible for providing data-driven insights and analytical support to the new products and services team. This role is essential in helping the organization develop, manage, and improve its products and services within a complex regulatory environment. The product analyst collects, synthesizes, and analyzes data from various sources, builds business cases to support justification of new initiatives, tracks product performance, monitors the competitive landscape and industry trends, and provides recommendations and creates presentations to optimize the utility's product portfolio and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum education required of the position :
Bachelor's Degree in technical or business-related field or equivalent work experience
Minimum experience required of the position :
Analyst II : 2-4 years of relevant professional experience
Analyst III : 4-6 years of relevant professional experience
Analyst Sr : 6+ years of relevant professional experience
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required of the Position
Technical Skills :
Strong data collection, analysis, and interpretation skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets.
Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
Experience in Utility Smart Grid Technology solutions preferred.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Requires conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline.
