Cardiology Physician

Our value-based care organization, Conviva Senior Primary Care , is seeking a non-invasive cardiologist to lead the development of a new outpatient cardiology program in Jacksonville, Florida .

The Cardiologist will be part of our value-based clinical care team that focuses on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention for elderly patients. The Cardiologist manages complex cardiac conditions such as heart attacks, abnormal heartbeat rhythms, and congestive heart failure, as well as provides preventative techniques for dealing with potential heart-related illnesses. The Cardiologist spends 100% of their time clinically focused on direct patient care, inclusive of patient facing time and general administrative time (charting, etc.) as it relates to direct patient care.
