Job Summary :

Thrive Homes is seeking a Qualified Agent (QA) with an active residential general contractor's license in the state of Wisconsin. This individual will act as the QA for the company's residential general contracting projects in Wisconsin. A successful candidate will ensure that all projects comply with Wisconsin's state regulations and licensing requirements. The QA works closely with project managers and other team members to oversee the success of residential projects when needed, particularly those related to ADA renovations and home modifications.

Responsibilities :

• Act as the QA for Thrive Homes residential general contracting projects in Wisconsin.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant state regulations, including permitting, licensing, and inspection processes.
