Job Title : Risk Adjustment Medical Coder (REMOTE, open to going into the office once per quarter)

Office : New York, NY 10017

Duration : Contract to Hire

Pay : up to $102,000 (based on experience)

Shift : M-F day shift

Requirements :

• Must have risk adjustment experience
• Must have coding experience
• Must have good communication skills
• CRC Coder, preferred
• Provider Education experience, preferred

Education : Must have Bachelor's Degree

Overview : Seeking a CRC Coder with provider education experience who can help educate providers on risk and quality measures. They need someone with strong coding experience as well as provider relations / education experience. They need to be a very strong communicator. If someone is working toward their CRC, that is okay.

Someone with a strong RADV coding background, the ability to build and teach on changes to the coding requirements with the Providers and Provider Relations team, and someone who can work independently / manage the workload like a caseload. They need someone who can understand what the needs are for the role and can take initiative to get the work done without needing to have everything laid out.
