About The Position
We are seeking an experienced People Manager to lead and support our People operations across the US. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in regional People processes and employment law, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll play a key role in shaping employee experience, ensuring compliance, and driving people-focused initiatives. You will lead on US People policy rewriting : as part of group moving from loosely consistent country-by-country People policies to a global framework and guidelines with local policies which ensure compliance and supplement where extra is needed. Please note, this role is hybrid to the Fort Worth / Dallas area.
