75 miles from the facility (local travelers not accepted) RTO Restrictions : No more than 5 days off during contract; no holiday RTO Experience & Skills Required Experience : Minimum 2 years OR experience (neuro, ortho, robotics, liver transplant cases mandatory) First-time travelers : Accepted Floating : Must float within scope to meet facility needs; may float to sister facilities within 75 miles Charting System : Epic Certifications Required : BLS, ACLS, PALS Preferred : NRP Competency Testing : EKG / Dysrhythmia competency during compliance OR Skills / Procedures Extensive experience in surgical procedures across multiple specialties, including but not limited to : Neuro, Ortho, Robotics, Liver Transplant Adult and pediatric general OR cases Laparoscopic and robotic surgeries (gynecologic, urologic, colorectal, thoracic) Trauma surgeries, amputations, fracture reductions Cardiac monitoring, conscious sedation, blood product administration Advanced procedures like Da Vinci Xi, Hana Table, XLIF, Whipple, Transplant robotic surgery Wound care, tracheostomy care, infection control, specimen handling Note : Nurses must have foundational knowledge and practical skills in cardiac monitoring to pass EKG / Dysrhythmia competency.
