Job description
We are seeking a part time to full time Family Medicine physician to work in a integrated care clinic located on the Western Slopes of Colorado.
ABOUT
(4) 10 hour shifts
Sign on Bonus : $10,000
Relocation Bonus : $5,000
New Grads are accepted
Prenatal experience is preferred but not required Outpatient only, no nights / weekends, no call
Opportunities for National Health Service Corps and Colorado Health Service Corps loan repayment
REQUIREMENTS
Has completed an ACGME accredited residency program in Family Medicine
Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
Current and unrestricted license as MD / DO and DEA license.
