Field-Based Leadership Track | Future Regional Management
About the Role
Asplundh is hiring a Director of Operations to join our fast-track leadership development program, designed to prepare experienced operations leaders for future executive-level roles within our organization. Over the course of 12 to 18 months, the selected candidate will work directly under the guidance of a Regional Vice President, gaining first-hand exposure to the operational, financial, and safety aspects of our vegetation management business. This is a field-intensive role that requires a presence on job sites, in operational yards, and in front of customers.
Upon successful completion of the program, the Director of Operations will be positioned to assume full leadership of a business unit with P&L responsibility, operational oversight, and workforce leadership.
