Licensed Patient Programs Specialist

A company is looking for a Patient Programs Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Support management of complex and high-risk clinical situations for providers and patients

Investigate clinical risk situations and adverse events, addressing clinical grievances

Promote patient safety, regulatory compliance, and best practices in care delivery

Required Qualifications

Master's degree and an active, unencumbered clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent)

5 years of post-master's licensed clinical experience across diverse populations

Expertise in patient safety, crisis intervention, and clinical risk management

Strong investigative and documentation skills

Experience collaborating across departments and advising providers on clinical risk
