Project Manager, Mexico

Job Summary :

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from conception to completion ensuring that they are completed within budget on time and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including implementation product finance and customers to ensure project goals are met.

What Youll Do :

• Engage with sales organization on handover of contracted projects.
• Create project plans to successfully execute contractual agreements which outline project scope budget and schedule to achieve success.
• Communicate project plans to the internal and external stakeholders.
• Execute change control and manage escalations as they arise.
• Provide project reporting to internal and external stakeholders keeping them informed of project status progress and issues.
• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate those risks.
• Monitor project progress and adjust project plans as needed.
• Participate in project review meetings.
• Develop strong customer relationships by providing high quality customer service and communication.
