Experienced Bilingual Auto Sales Professional (English / Spanish)

Employment Type : Full-Time

Are you a proven automotive sales professional ready to take your career to the next level?  Haggerty Ford is seeking an experienced bilingual (English / Spanish) sales associate who can deliver top-tier service to our diverse and growing customer base.

What You’ll Do :

Assist customers in selecting new and pre-owned vehicles that fit their needs and budget

Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients

Follow up on leads, referrals, and past customers to drive repeat and referral business

Collaborate with management and finance teams to ensure a smooth sales process

Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals

$750 / week guaranteed salary for the first 90 days

Sundays off , plus one additional day off during the week (with various mornings / evenings off)

What We’re Looking For :

Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience (required)

Commercial truck experience is a plus

Fluent in English and Spanish (required)

Ability to demonstrate vehicle features and benefits

Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
