Job description4 / 10 Schedule (Weekdays, Non-consecutive) Start time : 4 : 30 AM, Ends when route is completed Overtime available Major Holidays off! No overnight or long-haul driving Medical, dental, and vision plans 401(k) with generous company match Life insurance, short & long-term disability Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Emergency Travel Assistance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Drive automated side-load, front-load, and roll-off trucks Pick up and transport waste to disposal sites Safely operate trucks and follow all safety procedures Complete pre / post-trip inspections Interact respectfully with customers and the public Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic upkeep Valid Class A or B CDL with air brakes endorsement Clean driving record Pass drug test and background check Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather Able to read, write, and communicate in English Local routes = home daily Long-term stability with a respected employer Year-round, full-time work no seasonal layoffs Be part of a tight-knit, safety-focused local team
