Systems Engineering Co-Op

Position Overview

The Systems Engineering Co-Op will work under the guidance and leadership of Senior and / or Principal Engineers on new systems, sub-systems or associated products within Navico Group's portfolio. This type of role will apply basic engineering principles to support the Systems Team and in some cases may support program teams.

Essential Functions

• Work with senior and principal systems engineers, as well as technical team members from other functions to complete tasks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements
• Identify and troubleshoot basic engineering issues
• Develop a network of key stakeholders across various functions
• Support the creation of Systems related documents, including system architecture, requirements, risk assessments, etc
• Become familiar with the product development process and relevant deliverable

Working Conditions

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $27.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate offered will vary depending on multiple factors including year in school / credits earned, degree, job-related knowledge / skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.

At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.
