Let's Talk Money (Transparently)

• Base Pay : $49-$53 / hour based on experience
• Performance Bonuses - Stack these up :
• $2 / hour when you average 2 cleanings per half hour (monthly)
• $2 / hour for your entire week when you pick up an extra shift
• $2 / hour when you help at our other locations
• Overtime : Four-day team members earn time and half on their fifth day (yes, up to $88.50 / hour!).
• Real talk : A hygienist working their regular schedule and hitting performance goals consistently earns $55-57 / hour. Pick up occasional extra shifts? Even more!
