Job description
A leading insurance brokerage firm is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in California. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with retail brokers to provide tailored employee benefit solutions. Candidates should have proven sales experience in group medical or ancillary insurances, strong communication skills, and a current Life & Health insurance license. The position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $115,000 plus commissions.
