Senior Compensation Advisor

Reporting to the Compensation Director, you will provide consultative support to HR Business Partners and leaders across the organization. You'll play a critical role in coordinating our recognition programs and delivering solutions that attract, recognize, and retain top talent while maintaining internal equity and external competitiveness. This position is open to all MPC locations.
