Responsibilities
- Address guest complaints in a timely and courteous manner and work to find solutions within the guidelines of the restaurant's policy
- Extend a warm welcome and direct customers, if necessary, to a seat or a standing area where they can place an order
- Work together with the kitchen team to prepare foods while following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements
- Take customer orders and relay information to the kitchen in a timely manner
