Secret Logistics Specialist

Picking and kitting items as required

Inspecting kitted items for accuracy

Communicating the level of completed and status updates to logistics team lead

Unloading and unpacking shipments

Performing inventory audits

Maintaining packing materials and informing the logistics team lead when more materials need to be ordered

High school diploma or GED and up to one (1) year of related experience required

Secret Level Security Clearance

Demonstrates punctuality, reliability, and consistent attendance

Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality and task completion

High attention to detail, self-motivated and able to maintain focus and accuracy when performing repetitive or detail-oriented tasks

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to accuracy, accountability, and mission success

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent military experience

Secret clearance

Two Plus (2+) years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations or material handling (preferably in a DoD or Government Contracting environment)

Knowledge of Government supply systems

Experience with CMPro

Experience with IUID Registry

Strong organizational skills

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment

Ability to drive forklift and pallet jack

Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement principles

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL

Must be open to travel, as it is possible
