Warehouse Supervisor

Schedule : Thurs - 11 : 30pm-6 : 15am, Fri-Sun 6pm-6 : 15am

Compensation : $65,000 per year

Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Directs and coordinates daily activities of public warehouse to ensure the quality and accuracy of shipping and receiving meet and exceed the expectations of our customers.
• Reads, understands, and ensures that appropriate policies, procedures, and SOPs are being adhered to by all team members and managers.
• Manages, mentors, and motivates team members.
• Coaches, trains, and develops hourly team members.
• Monitors and audits operations to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services.
• Drives continuous improvement in warehouse operational systems, processes and policies.
• Coordinates quality control and damage reduction.
• Conducts performance evaluations.
• Conducts disciplinary follow-up as required.
• Handles team members' complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts.
