As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel for our guests. You will be responsible for the daily ownership and operational execution of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring guest rooms and common areas meet our high standards.

Key responsibilities include :

• Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas
• Perform laundry duties as needed
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms
• Deliver exceptional customer service to guests
• Assist guests with requests and questions promptly and professionally
• Report any damages or necessary repairs to management
• Manage lost and found items according to hotel policy
