Seeking our Superintendent – Commercial & Industrial Construction

Based in Pine Mountain, GA

Are you an experienced Superintendent looking for a leadership role in a growing and well-respected construction firm ? Our company, a licensed contractor specializing in commercial, government / military, healthcare, industrial, and institutional projects , seeks a dedicated professional to oversee on-site operations and drive quality, safety, and efficiency.

    • Your Role

    As Superintendent , you will be responsible for :

  • Managing jobsite operations – overseeing field personnel, subcontractors, and construction schedules
  • Ensuring quality & safety – conducting inspections and maintaining OSHA standards
  • Hands-on leadership – assisting with project components like carpentry, concrete, and finish work as needed
  • Collaboration & Coordination – working with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to meet project goals

    • What We’re Looking For

  • 4-6+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction
  • Strong knowledge of blueprints, scheduling, and subcontract agreements
  • OSHA 30 Certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Ability to lead teams, troubleshoot onsite challenges, and maintain productivity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
