Builder - Sales Associate •

Annual Salary Range $40K to $46K - Includes Base Hourly Pay along with monthly and quarterly commissions. This position will work out of our Capital Lighting Showroom on Polaris Parkway.

Our showroom designer's ability to create a seamless & collaborative experience for each customer is what allows our team to provide an exceptional customer experience with selecting lighting. We are looking for a career-driven individual who has an understanding of current interior design trends.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with customers to offer design expertise and choices to fill their lighting needs
• Perform professionally in a high-end lighting retail showroom
• Play key role in daily operations of the showroom
• Participate and interact in product training meetings with our manufacturer sales representatives
• Determine customer needs and match appropriately with our products
• Develop a thorough knowledge of all lighting products
• Managing customer orders from point of sale to customer satisfaction
