Who we are looking for
Regional Sales Vice President – Chicago market who has successfully sold retirement plan administration and record-keeping services in the small and emerging corporate retirement plan market. You should be able to work closely with financial advisors and strategic partners to build a sales pipeline, win retirement plans, and develop strategic relationships. You should feel comfortable on the phone cold calling prospects as well as developing deep, meaningful relationships with financial advisors.
What you will be doing

This role is remote-based but we are prioritizing candidates in the Chicago, IL market.
Compensation A base salary range of $90K–$100K plus variable OTE. Eligible for new hire equity. Salary bands are based on New York and similar metro areas and may differ by location.
