Project Controls Scheduler

We are seeking experienced schedulers with proficiency in Primavera P6 to join our project controls group. This position is available due to an increased workload and the decision to internalize this function, previously outsourced to an engineering company. We manage projects primarily for Natural Gas Plants, and the role is based in Tulsa. Candidates with project management skills are encouraged to apply, as occasional travel to field locations may be required.

Responsibilities

Communicate and collaborate with managers in the field to create and update project schedules as processes evolve.

Work closely with project managers and coordinators to maintain project schedules effectively.

Ensure schedules are kept up to date and accurately reflect project progress using Primavera P6.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 3 years experience in scheduling, particularly in construction and natural gas plant projects.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 software.

Experience in earned value management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Degree is preferred but not required.

Experience in scheduling capital construction projects.

Work Environment

The role primarily involves working in an office setting and requires the ability to meet deadlines. This is not an in-the-field job, although some travel to field locations may be necessary. Candidates should be prepared to work full days in an office environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $52.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
