The Director of Sales will be responsible for executing regional sales strategies, building strong referral networks, and expanding the organization’s footprint across the community. Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase patient referrals and revenue
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Managers
• Cultivate relationships with hospitals, physician groups, discharge planners, and community partners
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure continuity of care and service excellence
