Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : 11 / 17 / 2025 – End : 2 / 16 / 2026) / n

Healthcare Setting : Med / Surg Telemetry Unit (Orthopedic & Spine focus) / n

Nursing Shift : 12-hour nights (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM), 3 shifts per week, including every other weekend and holiday coverage / n

Hours per Week : 36 / n

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1990 - $2130 / n

Location : Voorhees, NJ 08043 – Southern New Jersey nursing job with easy access to Philadelphia and the Jersey Shore / n

/ n / nRegistered Nurse Qualifications / n

/ n

Minimum 2 years of recent Med / Surg Telemetry RN experience (within the last 12 months) / n

Specialized experience in orthopedic and spine nursing, including joint replacements, laminectomies, and fracture care / n

Active New Jersey or Compact RN license (must be current at time of application) / n

BLS and ACLS certifications (valid through assignment start date) / n

Experience managing patient ratios of 1 : 6 / n

Proficiency with Epic electronic health record (EHR) system / n

Ability to float between five local hospitals : Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, and OLOL / n

Successful completion of Dysrhythmia test within 72 hours of signing (PC only; 2 attempts allowed) / n

COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical / religious exemptions considered) / n

First-time travel nurses accepted, though experienced travelers are preferred / n

/ n / nMed / Surg Tele RN Responsibilities / n

/ n

Provide high-quality nursing care to Med / Surg Telemetry patients, focusing on orthopedic and spine cases / n

Monitor and interpret telemetry data, collaborating with monitor technicians / n

Float to other units and affiliated hospitals as needed to support patient care / n

Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic EHR / n

Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to comprehensive patient care planning / n

Follow all hospital policies, including infection control and safety protocols / n

Work every other weekend and holiday as scheduled / n

Adhere to professional dress code (navy blue scrubs required) / n
