The Integration and Operations function at Risant Health is critical to the organization's performance and growth. As new health systems join Risant, this team will lead cross-functional efforts to integrate them into the broader ecosystem. In addition to integration, the function will establish Communities of Practice to share best practices across Kaiser Permanente and Risant organizations and build Shared Services to support long-term operations. It also oversees day-to-day operations of the corporate parent, including HR, planning, integration management, performance monitoring, and risk management.

Job Description

Risant Health is seeking a Strategic Operations Associate to play a pivotal role in advancing high-impact projects and supporting executive leadership. This individual will coordinate cross-functional efforts, manage internal events, develop executive-level communications, and track organizational performance. Key Qualifications & Skills :

• Project Management Expertise : Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional, projects from concept to execution. Strong ability to track progress, identify risks, and drive initiatives to completion.
• Data-Driven & Detail-Oriented : Proficient in designing dashboards, trackers, and metrics to monitor performance, manage budgets, and measure organizational success. This position will be responsible for designing and managing dashboards and trackers for enterprise-wider initiatives, supporting tracking of operational performance metrics across functions including monitoring and managing budgets for strategic projects
• Event Coordination & Business Calendar Management : Plan and execute internal events (such as Town Halls) and coordinate across multiple parties to maintain Risant Health’s Annual Business Calendar
• Rapid Strategic Support : Respond to urgent requests from the Chief of Staff with timely analysis and recommendations. This position requires the ability to pivot quickly while effectively managing competing priorities.
• Executive-Level Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; experience creating presentations, reports, and briefings for executives and board members.

Additional Information

Compensation and Benefits : The projected base salary for this position ranges from $112,500 - 148,500 depending on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for comprehensive benefits package, including wellness programs, retirement savings, and relocation support as applicable.
