Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time, part-time opportunity is available for a skilled professional to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Monte Vista, CO. This contract position runs through May 27th and offers a schedule from Monday to Thursday. The role involves managing a caseload of approximately 60 students.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide tailored support and services to K-12 students within the assigned caseload
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance student learning and engagement
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress
• Participate in planning and team meetings as required
• Ensure compliance with school policies and educational guidelines
