Support students in a dynamic learning environment by stepping into the role of a Substitute Paraprofessional. This flexible, rewarding opportunity allows for hands-on involvement in classrooms while reinforcing educational goals under the direction of licensed teachers.

Qualifications :
Minimum of 60 college credits or a current paraprofessional certification
Experience working with school-aged children is preferred
Ability to follow directions and classroom plans provided by licensed staff
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in the implementation of instructional activities and classroom routines
Provide support to students individually or in small groups
Monitor student behavior and support classroom management strategies
Supervise students during non-instructional periods, such as lunch or recess
Adapt to various grade levels and classroom settings as needed
This position offers flexibility for individuals interested in gaining experience in the educational field or supporting local schools on a short-term basis.
Hours are not guaranteed and shifts will be offered on an as-needed basis according to school needs.
Compensation for this position ranges from $18.38 to $30.38. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
