Ensure financial agreements are signed and scanned. Collect all balances and co-pays. WinOMS practice management software a plus Experience working with patients in a dental or medical office Must be able to work in both locations as needed Flexible schedule

Our state-of-the-art private Oral Surgery practice is searching for an organized and patient-focused Dental Front Desk associate for our EXTON AND PAOLI locations. We are seeking a qualified and motivated candidate to join our skilled team as a Dental Front Desk Associate! This person should be a reliable, self-starter, team player and who is highly organized with strong verbal skills. They should have an outgoing personality, communicate well to others, and enjoy working with patients and team members. This candidate for a full time opportunity must be available to work Monday - Friday and be available to go to each location as needed.
