About the Role :

New York Health is hiring an  Endocrinology APP to join the team in Suffolk County, NY. In this role, you will provide comprehensive, evidence-based endocrinology care, including patient evaluations, diagnosis, and management of a wide range of endocrine conditions. You’ll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of endocrinologists, primary care physicians, dietitians, and diabetes educators to deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. In addition to direct patient care, you will play a key role in educating and empowering patients and their families on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and available treatment options, helping them improve overall health and achieve better long-term outcomes.

Recruitment Package :

Salary Transparency :

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Base Salary Range : between $140,000 - $170,000 annually
