A company is looking for a Business Analyst to translate business needs into clear, deliverable requirements for the Department of Veteran Affairs Loan Guaranty Service.
Key Responsibilities
Develop user stories and break down requirements into actionable functionality
Analyze data requirements and business rules, understanding end-to-end data flows
Maintain documentation supporting new feature development and contribute to product design
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience with an Associate's or high school diploma
Ability to obtain VA Public Trust Clearance
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience in a role requiring leadership in ambiguous situations
Ability to shift focus between high-priority tasks as needed
