Job description
A.Position: Cargo Warehouse and Ramp agent- ORD
- Job Schedule: 0830-1700 (off days may not be fixed on Sat & Sun)
- Tracking and tracing shipment to ensure cargo movement & delivery
- Responsible for answering all cargo inquires
- Responsible for resolving cargo claims
- Maintaining inbound and outbound cargo records
- Providing general customer service
- Bachelor’s Degree or above preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in English, Mandarin Chinese preferred
- Strong planning and organization skills, and attention to details.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship
