Senior Vice President of Housing Choice Voucher Operation and Programs

The client is seeking a Senior Vice President of Housing Choice Voucher Program & Operations to lead their critical work in providing quality, affordable housing in New Haven. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational excellence of the HCV program and day-to-day operations. Working closely with the President and senior leadership team, the Senior Vice President will ensure efficient, compliant, and people-centered services are delivered. Additionally, they will mentor and manage the VP of HCV and VP of Operations to build strong teams, innovative solutions, and a high-impact culture for the future of affordable housing.

The successful candidate for this full-time, exempt position will have a salary range of $175,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
