A company is looking for an ES Language Scorer (NY) to evaluate constructed responses for teacher certification examinations.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluates constructed responses of teacher candidates in New York

Successfully internalizes training and scoring guide

Engages in consensus scoring activities with other scorers

Required Qualifications

Permanent or professional New York State teaching certificate corresponding to the content field

Native or fluent speaker in the language with a college degree

Educators from colleges / universities with a degree in a content-relevant field

Must be a resident of New York State with eligibility to work in the United States

Availability to participate in remote scoring sessions throughout the year
