In the role of Real Estate Specialist, you will be integral to our Asset Management department, supporting the VP of Asset Management to meet ambitious growth and acquisition targets. This position requires a dynamic professional who thrives in a rapidly changing environment and is adept at navigating ambiguity to deliver outstanding results.

Focus :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure contracts for building wireless infrastructure on varied properties. Ensure meticulous monitoring and tracking of all contracts and lease agreements to fulfill all obligations. Engage with third-party title companies to assess and mitigate risks from property titles. Facilitate contract processes and adherence to stringent company and industry standards in legal and compliance documentation. Manage key dates and compliance within the lease portfolio to support financial and operational goals. Coordinate with internal teams to optimize operational efficiency and process documentation. Oversee maintenance coordination, compliance reviews, and contract negotiations to maintain favorable terms and avoid defaults.

Maintain up-to-date, accurate records and documentation crucial for real estate transactions. Develop and manage effective tools and systems to support decision-making and operational performance. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer service and project management. Address ad hoc informational requests and participate actively in company meetings.

Skill Set :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or Finance; equivalent experience considered. Minimum of 3 years in Asset Management, Real Estate Contracts, or a related Paralegal role within the wireless industry. Proactive in issue resolution with a strong sense of urgency. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple projects. Proven excellence in verbal and written communication skills alongside with strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with team members, tenants, and vendors. Adaptable to organizational changes and evolving client needs.
