The operations program coordinator is a key support role for the business operations and administration of the Communication department. The position performs small project coordination and budget facilitation tasks that enable communication leaders to effectively manage their communication budget and supports the entire team for administrative needs. The role promotes and supports end-to-end due diligence for the purchasing and business process, including expense validation, contract compliance, vendor setup, invoice processing, and reporting. Administrative support includes onboarding, IS requests, org chart maintenance, and event logistics coordination. This position works closely with the operations manager and communication leaders.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Financial Program Coordination, Accounting, or relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of accounting or budget management experience. Experience in marketing, creative services, project management, or program coordination.
