Insurance Branch Receptionist

Job Title

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact by answering and directing incoming calls, providing a welcoming and professional experience for all callers
• Respond to inquiries about the organization, offering accurate information such as address, directions, and general details
• Take clear messages or transfer calls to voicemail when staff are unavailable, ensuring timely follow-up
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail efficiently
• Support administrative tasks and assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Professional attitude and polished appearance
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
• Resourceful, proactive, and able to prioritize effectively
• Friendly and customer service-oriented
• Experience with Applied Epic is a plus!

Additional Information

This job is expected to be performed on-site in the office.

The salary range is $45K to $52K per year.
