Role Overview

ID.me is a digital identity network and our mission is to make the world a more trusted place by facilitating transparent and efficient interactions between people and organizations.

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to support our product and engineering organizations to ensure successful delivery of our company OKRs, organization OKRs, and roadmap items.. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects that span across multiple departments.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, issues, and successes to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Utilize project management tools to monitor project performance and progress.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

The annual base salary listed does not include a company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity and benefits which will be determined based on experience, skills, education, relevant training, geographic location and role.

$190,000—$230,000 USD
