We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Management Specialists (Performance Management) to join our team!

The NAWCAD WOLF IC2&I Division delivers advanced C5ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) solutions to support the warfighter. The Project Management Specialist – Performance Management ensures that programs, projects, and operational processes are effectively monitored, measured, and optimized to achieve organizational objectives. This role focuses on performance analytics, metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement across all levels of the Division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, track, and report performance metrics for programs and projects within the IC2&I Division.
  • Monitor project and operational performance against schedules, budgets, and quality objectives.
  • Conduct data analysis and generate actionable insights to improve program execution and organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with program managers, technical teams, and leadership to identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
  • Implement and maintain performance management frameworks, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Support strategic planning and decision-making by providing accurate, timely, and data-driven performance information.
  • Assist in the development and standardization of processes, best practices, and procedures to enhance repeatable success.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication regarding performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational, DoD, and IC2&I reporting and information assurance standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance management, project management, or program oversight.
  • Demonstrated expertise in performance metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data analytics tools, and project management software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Experience in defense, intelligence, or C5ISR program performance management.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).
  • Familiarity with DoD program management standards and lifecycle management.
  • Prior experience in strategic planning, organizational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Position is contingent upon award.
