Job description
A company is looking for a Per Diem Care Management Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the intake of members and admission / discharge information
Coordinate requests for services with hospitals, clinics, and the clinical team
Process incoming and outgoing referrals and prior authorizations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of healthcare customer service experience
Experience with Cerner and medical terminology
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
