Learning Experience Designer

A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer to create effective learning experiences for internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Audit existing learning content to identify gaps and opportunities for alignment

Design engaging, outcomes-based learning experiences and develop foundational content templates

Own the instructional design strategy and optimize knowledge ecosystems for accessibility and searchability

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in instructional design and implementing outcome-driven learning programs

Ability to design learning ecosystems that connect content and tools across multiple audiences

Experience in organizing and governing documentation systems for accuracy and accessibility

Proficiency with LMS / CMS platforms and content creation tools

Ability to evaluate learning effectiveness through data and feedback
