A company is looking for a Healthcare Operations - Project Manager Innovation & Improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, aligning timelines and outcomes with organizational goals
Manage resources and workload effectively to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project milestones
Analyze and identify opportunities for improvement by optimizing processes and promoting best practices
Required Qualifications and Education
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or management within healthcare operations
Experience leading or supporting cross-functional projects, preferably in healthcare or IT
Familiarity with Epic or other EHR systems is a plus
PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification preferred
Completion of a competency assessment prior to the team interview is required
