Family Medicine APP (NP or PA) in Melrose, MN

Responsibilities

As a provider developing your own patient panel, you will independently see patients of all ages for acute and chronic care needs.  Our CentraCare - Melrose clinic providers diagnose and treat short-term illnesses; provide preventive care including routine checkups, health-risk assessments, immunizations and screening tests; offer personalized counseling on maintaining a healthy lifestyle; and manage and coordinate care for those with chronic illnesses.  The Melrose clinic has access to lab and imaging services during regular clinic as well as extended hours.

Schedule

• .9 - 1.0 FTE
• Option of a four-day work week
• Limited weekend work consisting of Saturday morning clinic rotation 1 : 6
• No call
• No holidays
