Senior Subrogation Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Subrogation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze coverage and settle moderately complex claims in specialty areas

Conduct thorough analysis and investigations to determine claims exposure and recommend settlement strategies

Negotiate settlements with clients, attorneys, and public adjusters while preparing necessary documentation for approval

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

Minimum of 5 years related claims experience

Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices

Appropriately licensed and / or certified in all states where claims are handled

Computer experience with related claims and business software
