Job descriptionBachelor's degree in a related field like supply chain management Proven experience in end-to-end Oracle GTM and / or OMS implementations. Experience in Oracle Fusion Expertise in specific modules such as Trade Compliance, Order Management, Shipping, and Customs. Strong understanding of supply chain and trade compliance processes. Proficiency in SQL Analyze business needs and processes, gather requirements, and map them to Oracle GTM / OMS functionalities. Design and configure Oracle modules like Trade Compliance, Restricted Party Screening, Customs Management, and Order Management, Pricing, and Shipping. Create functional design documents (FDDs), solution blueprints, and configuration guides. Work with technical teams to develop custom solutions and integrations with other systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, transportation systems). Develop and execute test plans, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide support during go-live. Create training materials, conduct training sessions for end-users, and provide post-implementation support. Implement best practices and help minimize customizations to ensure long-term sustainability.
