Honeyplate is growing-and we're looking for a skilled Sous Chef to support our kitchen operations as we continue crafting high-quality, scratch-made meals for busy lives.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, values precision and flavor, and believes that food should feel as good as it tastes. You'll work side-by-side with our Executive Chef and culinary team to prep, cook, and package meals that nourish both body and spirit.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in the prep and production of weekly rotating menus
• Help manage cooking stations and ensure smooth kitchen flow
• Execute batch cooking with consistency and care
• Uphold high standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and guide team members when needed
• Jump in wherever needed-this is a team-first kitchen

What We're Looking For:

• 2-3+ years experience in a professional kitchen
• Strong cooking fundamentals, especially with proteins, grains, and seasonal veg
• Attention to detail and timing
• Respect for efficiency, cleanliness, and proper food handling
• Reliable, communicative, and ready to grow
• Experience with prep kitchens, catering, or high-volume production is a plus
• A passion for good food and good people
