Job descriptionSupport and manage property managers and be their first line of support with their leasing and property management needs Oversee the entire life cycle of multiple rental properties Coordinate maintenance and repairs while maintaining cost-efficiency and timely completion Handle tenant communications, including lease agreements, renewals, and issue resolution Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal housing laws Continuously grow your portfolio - your income scales with every additional door Demonstrated experience managing multiple residential properties Strong understanding of full-cycle property management Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented and proactive with a client-first mindset
Description
Virginia Property Management Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic property management division. If you have a proven track record in full life cycle residential property management and are ready to grow with a team that values performance and client satisfaction, we want to hear from you.
Compensation :
- $65,000 - $75,000 Base + Annual Bonuses | Earnings Increase with Your Portfolio
