Unified Communications Architect

A company is looking for a Unified Communications (UC) Architect.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and design unified communications systems, including VoIP and video conferencing

Develop and document UC / UX architecture to enhance user experience and service reliability

Lead integration of collaboration platforms with enterprise infrastructure

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field

8-10 years of experience in designing and deploying Unified Communications solutions

Hands-on expertise with VoIP, SIP, QoS, and UC platforms

Experience in UC system integration and network performance tuning

Strong understanding of user experience principles in collaboration workflows
